About the position Responsibilities • Lead a team of Account Managers including assisting in building client strategies and problem solving internal and external issues. • Directly manage sales-driving sponsored product initiatives including but not limited to annual and long-range planning. • Lead and participate in active development conversations with your team and build a highly engaged and inclusive culture. • Use your strong communication skills, strong customer relationship skills, and media sales experience to tell data driven performance media stories in the marketplace. • Guide your team to present strategic recommendations based on your clients' key objectives, through compelling performance media tactics, and deep understanding of category trends and marketing needs. • Partner closely with various cross-functional teams and develop strong internal partnerships to deliver and execute effective results. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree. • 8+ years of proven digital / media sales, digital media planning, marketing, or equivalent experience. • Strong understanding and experience within Digital Marketing and Media; knowledge of ad serving, ad networks, and overall landscape is required. • Skilled at driving revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of opportunities, identifying, qualifying and securing advertising revenue commitments from both current and new prospective clients. • Exceptional understanding of a campaign lifecycle —from strategy and plan development to execution. • Ability to influence (have a voice), lead an inclusive team, and to work independently. • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and maximize relationships with both internal and external partners. • Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to multi-task and work within a rapidly changing environment. • Ability to present effectively, confidently, and persuasively to both internal and external audiences. • Innovative, strategic thinker.
