Sr Product Owner

Our client, a leader in the healthcare, insurance, and finance industries, is seeking a Sr Product Owner to join their team. As a Sr Product Owner, you will be part of the agile team supporting various product lines. The ideal candidate will have excellent facilitation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sr Product Owner Location: Remote Pay Range: $65 per hour What's the Job? • Drive execution of business unit capabilities by synthesizing the needs of business owners and technical stakeholders. • Ensure alignment on priorities among teams in the release train (ART) to optimize business value and drive technical enablers. • Develop a delivery roadmap aligned with organizational strategy and operational imperatives. • Manage and own the team backlog of work, leading multi-sprint goal setting and effective planning. • Participate in team and system-level demos to validate that the work meets business needs and acceptance criteria. What's Needed? • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or relevant roles. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. • Experience working in a formal product role within a Scaled Agile delivery approach. • SAFE Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) Certification and other Agile-related certifications. • Familiarity with leading PI Planning, Lean Portfolio Management, and demonstrable experience with KPIs.
