Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and achieve business growth for the Meritain Pharmacy Solutions division. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including brokers, consultants, and employer groups. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market trends and competitive analysis to expand the division's client base. Utilize a consultative and solution-based sales approach to understand client needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements. Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategies. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance business outcomes. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and market changes to proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities for the division. Represent Aetna and the Meritain Pharmacy Solutions division at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting our services. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
