The Role We’re looking for a Video Content Creator who specializes in short-form video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram Reels) and TikTok. This is not a freelance or side-gig role—it’s a full-time position for someone who wants to be a key part of a creative team. You’ll be scripting, filming (if needed), editing, and producing high-performing short-form videos optimized for paid advertising campaigns. You’ll work closely with our marketing strategists to create content that hooks in the first 3 seconds, tells a story, and drives action. What You’ll Do • Create, edit, and optimize short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok. • Transform scripts, raw footage, or even simple ideas into scroll-stopping content. • Collaborate with the marketing team on ad creatives designed for lead generation. • Keep up with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and ad formats. • Manage a high-volume content calendar with fast turnaround times. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience creating short-form content for ads (please provide a portfolio). • Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar). • Understanding of performance marketing—how to create videos that not only entertain but convert. • Creative mind with the ability to pitch and test new concepts. • Self-starter with the discipline to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
