Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with them to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Act as a knowledgeable resource on Aetna's products and services, and proactively educate clients on how to effectively utilize their healthcare benefits. Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases as needed. Continuously monitor and analyze client feedback and data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance the client experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations. Participate in training and development opportunities to stay updated on industry knowledge and best practices to effectively support clients. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve client issues, and escalate to management when necessary. Keep up-to-date with changes in the healthcare industry and Aetna's policies and procedures to provide accurate and timely information to clients. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with clients, displaying a genuine desire to help and make a positive impact on their lives.
