Read our story.About The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive part-time contractor to support our Education Team with instructional design and Learning Management System (LMS) administration. This role is ideal for someone with experience in online learning, content development, and educational technology who enjoys working in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.What You’ll DoInstructional Design SupportAssist in the design, development, and revision of learning materials, including e-learning courses, trainings, assessments, and instructional guidesCollaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into engaging and accessible learning experiencesEnsure instructional content aligns with learning objectives and adult learning best practicesConduct quality assurance audits on courses for clarity, accessibility, and accuracyAssist in localizing educational content by utilizing subtitle files, ensuring accessibility and consistency across multiple languagesLMS AdministrationUpload, test, and maintain courses and learning materials in the LMSReport on learner enrollments, course assignments, and overall engagement as neededMonitor course performance and provide basic technical support to usersGeneral SupportTrack project timelines and provide regular updates to the Education TeamAssist with compiling and analyzing learner feedbackSupport the implementation of new tools and technologies to improve the learning experienceWe’d Like to See2+ years of experience in instructional design, online education, or LMS administrationExperience with content authoring tools (e.g., Parta.io, Articulate, Captivate, etc.)Experience with LMS platforms (Absorb, Skilljar, etc.)Familiarity with enterprise software (GSuite), CRM platforms (HubSpot), and project management systems (e.g., Jira, Asana)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field preferredContract DetailsHours: 20 hours per weekContract Type: Fixed-termCompensation: $25/hrDuration: 6 month contract – potential for extension based on business needs and performanceLocation: Remote – United StatesLife at WorldlyOur team is motivated to transform the way products are made.
