Our goal is to ensure that our customers don't just use our platform – they thrive with it. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll own the entire post-sale customer journey, from onboarding and adoption to expansion and renewals. Your responsibilities will include: * Becoming a strategic advisor for your customers by understanding their goals, success metrics, and growth initiatives * Helping customers unlock the full value of blithequark through best practices, proactive guidance, and tailored solutions * Building deep relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, across your accounts * Identifying risks early and rallying internal teams to ensure successful outcomes * Staying up-to-date on blithequark's product and helping customers adopt new features with confidence * Delivering consistent communication on customer health, goals, and progress * Creating internal and external documentation, including customer success stories, onboarding templates, and best practices * Managing a portfolio of customers, driving retention and growth **Must-Have Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role at a tech or SaaS company * Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, etc. * A track record of driving high renewal rates and uncovering upsell opportunities * Technical aptitude and curiosity – you love learning how products work and sharing that knowledge * Experience working cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Comfort with ambiguity and energized by a fast-paced, start-up environment * Passion for standardized processes that scale * A heart for customer success and a mind for strategic growth **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** While not required, a background in Sales Development or a related sales function would be a plus. **Benefits** As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Flexibility to work anywhere in the US * Flexible Vacation Policy * blithequark Days Off (1st Friday of every month, Holiday Break at the end of the year, and many additional observed holidays) * 90% coverage for employees and dependents for healthcare, dental, and vision insurance plans * Parental leave * Life Insurance, Accidental Death Disability coverage * Meaningful stock options in blithequark * $1k equipment reimbursement for work-related items that's yours to keep * Company laptop * Company retreats and meetups for all employees to connect in person * Company ERG – Women Of blithequark (WOO) **Equal Opportunity Employer** blithequark is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
