You will determine document types based on supplied materials, review and verify data to meet or surpass established quality standards, and safeguard the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations. You will also collaborate effectively with team members as necessary, proactively suggest enhancements for job processes and workflows, and complete all daily tasks in a timely manner. **Key Responsibilities** * Accurately input data into the system while managing a consistent stream of images * Determine document types based on supplied materials * Review and verify data to meet or surpass established quality standards * Safeguard the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations * Collaborate effectively with team members as necessary * Proactively suggest enhancements for job processes and workflows * Complete all daily tasks in a timely manner * Undertake additional office duties as assigned **Required Skills** * Self-motivated with a robust work ethic * Proficient in multitasking and maintaining efficiency * Highly focused with the ability to remain on task * Exceptional attention to detail * Quick learner with the capacity to follow both simple and complex instructions * Capable of maintaining confidentiality for client data * Proficient in English (verbal and written) * Typing proficiency of at least 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy * Permanent authorization to work in the United States is required **Career Growth Opportunities** At blithequark, we emphasize professional growth and provide opportunities for advancement within a supportive and dynamic workplace.
