Start Date: ASAP October 2025 Location: 100% Remote Contract: €40k-€50k gross/year (depending on profile) Position: Freelance About the Role As Remote Logistics Manager, your mission is to overhaul, streamline and scale our logistics operations to help Horus X grow from a 7-figure company to an 8-figure one. You’ll manage the entire supply chain—from production to storage—ensuring optimal stock levels and smooth international logistics operations. You’ll collaborate with logistics partners and suppliers (in English) to prevent stockouts, reduce costs, and optimize processes in a fast-growing, innovation-driven company. Key Responsibilities Stock Management: Maintain optimal stock levels across all markets (France, Europe, UK, USA, Japan, UAE, Australia). Production Oversight: Launch and monitor production cycles (mainly in China and Taiwan). Quality Assurance: Coordinate quality control processes with local inspection services. Logistics Coordination: Oversee the transportation of goods from production sites to global storage solutions, optimizing costs. Market Expansion: Develop customs processes to open new countries. Documentation: Handle international customs documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, FDA, IOR, etc.). 3PL Management: Manage relationships with warehouses, suppliers, and transporters. Reworks: Organize and monitor product reworks (you will supervise our local rework agents in Europe and USA). Financial Tracking: Oversee supplier invoices, payments, and COGS. Issue Resolution: Handle stock discrepancies, delivery delays, and marketplace (e.g., Amazon) disputes. Last-Mile Deliveries: Ensure efficient deliveries in all countries. Process Development: Improve / simplify ERP systems, demand planning, and API integrations. Cost Optimization: Track and minimize logistics costs (storage, transport, etc.). Product Evolution: Manage updates to product packaging and features. KPIs: Monitor and optimize performance indicators. What You Bring Education: Bac+3 or higher in logistics, supply chain, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in international logistics or supply chain management Minimum 3 years Amazon FBA Language Skills: Proficient in English, French is a plus. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP, and API familiarity (coding knowledge is a bonus). Knowledge: Strong grasp of Incoterms and international trade. Attributes: Independent, organized, and detail-oriented. A problem solver who thinks creatively and can prioritize effectively. Adaptable and thrives in a remote work setting.
