We seek professional, reliable remote Customer Support Agents to deliver outstanding phone and chat support for retail, tech, healthcare, and travel clients. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Agent to join Credible OmniConnect on a part-time, flexible basis. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and, or chat, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be multilingual (preferred, not required), and have experience in customer service or call center environments. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely with flexible hours, making it suitable for individuals seeking a dynamic and rewarding part-time role. Duties • Provide friendly, accurate phone/chat customer support following client scripts and QA requirements. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and or chat channels. • Assist clients with account issues, product questions, and service requests in a courteous manner. • Utilize strong communication skills to explain solutions clearly and effectively. • Perform data entry accurately into company systems while maintaining attention to detail. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide accurate support. • Document interactions thoroughly in CRM or support platforms for future reference. • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience. • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism at all times. • Support client retention efforts through proactive engagement and problem resolution. • Attend required training, certification, and quality coaching sessions. Qualifications • Proven experience in customer support, call center, or client services roles preferred. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism. • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are a plus. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills. • Ability to handle data entry accurately while multitasking across multiple platforms. • Experience with outbound calling and telecommunication tools is advantageous. • Reliable wired internet and USB headset (no Chromebooks). • Quiet, private workspace; webcam for verification. • Able to pass platform system checks. • Self-motivated, professional, great communication skills. • Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting issues effectively. • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute preferred.
